Submit Your Music by Email

Submit Radio-Ready Music

All songs must be professionally mixed and mastered. Please submit a clean/radio edit when available. Explicit versions may be considered only for programming that permits uncensored content.

Singles Only

Please submit your current single or priority record only. Do not submit full albums or mixtapes unless specifically requested by the BLAZIN 420 WPAM Music Department.

High-Quality Audio Required

Submit your music in MP3 (320 kbps preferred) or WAV format. Low-quality audio files may not be considered.

Include Your Promotional Materials

Your submission should include:

Artist name and song title
High-resolution cover artwork
Short artist biography
Professional artist photos
Social media and website links
Label or management information, if .
Contact information

Music Rights & Registration

Artists are strongly encouraged to properly register their music with a performing rights organization (PRO), such as BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, or the appropriate organization in their country, and ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute and promote the submitted music.

DJ & Promotional Versions

When available, please include a clean version, explicit version, instrumental, and acapella to support BLAZIN 420 WPAM DJs, mix shows, radio programming, and promotional use.

Submitting music to BLAZIN 420 WPAM does not guarantee radio airplay, playlist placement, interviews, reviews, DJ support, or promotional coverage. All music is subject to review and approval by the BLAZIN 420 WPAM Music and Programming Departments.

Submit Your Mix Digitally

Email a downloadable link to your DJ mix to submityourmusicben@gmail.com. Please make sure the link is accessible and does not require special permission to download.

Mix Length

DJ mixes should generally be 30 minutes or less, unless a longer mix has been specifically requested or approved by the BLAZIN 420 WPAM Programming Department.

Include a Complete Tracklist

A complete and accurate tracklist must accompany your submission. Please clearly identify the artist and song title for every track included in the mix.

Provide Your Contact Information

Include your professional email address and preferred contact information.

Submit a High-Resolution Photo

Include at least one high-resolution promotional photo of yourself. This may be used for station marketing and promotional purposes if your mix is selected.

Include a Short DJ Biography

Provide a short professional biography that includes your DJ name, location, experience, affiliations, music genres, accomplishments, and social media handles.

Submit Broadcast-Appropriate Content

For standard radio programming, mixes should use clean/radio-edit versions of songs. Explicit mixes may be considered for designated uncensored or specialty programming at the discretion of BLAZIN 420 WPAM.

SUBMISSION REVIEW & SELECTION

All music and DJ mix submissions are subject to a review and selection process by the BLAZIN 420 WPAM Music and Programming Departments. Submission does not guarantee airplay, playlist rotation, DJ support, mix-show placement, interviews, or promotional coverage.

If your song or DJ mix is selected, an authorized member of the BLAZIN 420 WPAM team may contact you regarding placement and next steps.

This monthly call provides an opportunity to stay informed, collaborate, and help shape the continued growth of the station.

During each conference call, we review station updates, discuss upcoming events and promotions, highlight new programming, recognize outstanding team members, and share opportunities available to DJs, artists, podcasters, and content creators. It’s also a forum for exchanging ideas, addressing questions, and strengthening communication throughout our organization.

Topics may include programming updates, marketing initiatives, community outreach, artist development, sponsorship opportunities, technical improvements, social media campaigns, website enhancements, and special projects designed to expand the BLAZIN 420 WPAM brand.

Whether you’re an experienced team member or newly joining the BLAZIN 420 WPAM family, your voice matters. These meetings are designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, professionalism, and teamwork while ensuring everyone remains aligned with our mission and vision.

Are you an independent artist ready to introduce your music and your story to a wider audience? The BLAZIN 420 WPAM Artist Spotlight is designed to recognize emerging and established independent artists who are making an impact, building their brands, and creating music that deserves to be heard.

Selected Spotlight Artists may receive featured exposure across the BLAZIN 420 WPAM radio and media platform, including opportunities for radio airplay consideration, artist interviews, website or digital features, social media promotion, podcast appearances, music reviews, and other promotional opportunities, depending on availability and programming needs.

As a Digital Street Team member, you may help share official flyers and promotional content, repost station announcements, promote upcoming shows and events, support featured artists and DJs, engage with BLAZIN 420 WPAM content, invite new listeners to discover the station, and help increase awareness across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other digital communities.

Street Team members are representatives of the BLAZIN 420 WPAM brand and are expected to demonstrate professionalism, consistency, respect, creativity, positive engagement, and teamwork while helping us connect with new audiences.
