The BLAZIN 420 WPAM Monthly Conference Call is our official leadership and membership meeting, bringing together DJs, hosts, podcasters, staff members, partners, and supporters from across the BLAZIN 420 WPAM network. During each conference call, we review station updates, discuss upcoming events and promotions, highlight new programming, recognize outstanding team members, and share opportunities available to DJs, artists, podcasters, and content creators. It’s also a forum for exchanging ideas, addressing questions, and strengthening communication throughout our organization.
Topics may include programming updates, marketing initiatives, community outreach, artist development, sponsorship opportunities, technical improvements, social media campaigns, website enhancements, and special projects designed to expand the BLAZIN 420 WPAM brand.
Whether you’re an experienced team member or newly joining the BLAZIN 420 WPAM family, your voice matters. These meetings are designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, professionalism, and teamwork while ensuring everyone remains aligned with our mission and vision.
Gas or Trash is BLAZIN 420 WPAM’s interactive live music review, giving independent artists the opportunity to put their music directly in front of real listeners and receive real-time feedback. Hosted by Stephanie Faulkner, aka ELPEA, Director of A&R, every Thursday night at 9 PM, artists submit their music, we play selected tracks live on air, and the audience votes across our live platforms to decide the verdict.
🔥 GAS — IT’S FIRE! If the people are feeling it, the track has a chance to move into rotation on BLAZIN 420 WPAM Radio.
🗑️ TRASH — NOT MAKING THE CUT! If the audience isn’t feeling it, the track doesn’t make the cut for radio rotation.
Artists can gain valuable real-time audience feedback, exposure across multiple platforms, an opportunity to have their music considered for BLAZIN 420 WPAM radio rotation, and potential follow-up interviews and promotional opportunities.
Audience participation takes place live across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The listeners have the power to vote, react, and help determine which records deserve to be heard again.
ARTIST RULES: You must own or control the rights to the music you submit. Clean versions are preferred. All participants are expected to remain respectful, keep the experience positive, and be prepared to receive honest live feedback.
